PRODUCTS CENTER
Aramid 14 core spun yarn generally uses Synthetic fiber filaments with good strength and elasticity as core filaments, such as glass fiber, spandex, steel wire, etc., and is wrapped with Aramid staple fibers. The core-spun yarn has the excellent performance of both filament core-spun yarn and aramid short fiber. The excellent physical properties of core spun synthetic fibers and the performance and surface characteristics of wrapped aramid short fibers can be utilized to fully utilize the strengths of both fibers and make up for their shortcomings. The weaving ability of core spun yarn is generally better than that of filament. The configuration of two suitable fiber blending ratios for core spun yarn can also save on raw material costs and spinning costs.
Aramid 14 coated yarn is made with filament or short fiber as the core and wrapped with another type of filament or short fiber yarn. The outer yarn wraps the core yarn in a spiral manner. Its characteristics are uniform evenness, full swelling, smooth yarn with less hairiness, high strength, and few broken ends. Wrap yarn selects appropriate core and outer yarn according to its purpose, and its strength is higher than any single yarn. Mainly used in knitted fabrics that require high elasticity, and partially used in woven fabrics, it is an ideal yarn for high-end jacquard double-layer weft knitted fabrics and warp knitted fabrics. Widely used in various protective fields such as cutting resistance, flame retardancy, high temperature resistance, and rope straps.
Para aramid short fibers are made from para aramid fibers and can be applied to high-end specialty yarns, blended yarns, as well as downstream industries such as high-temperature needle punched and high-temperature water spunlaced nonwoven according to different specifications. Commonly used models include 38mm, 51mm, 64mm, etc.
PBO short fibers are made from PBO fibers and can be applied to high-end specialty yarns, blended yarns, and downstream industries such as high-temperature needle punched and high-temperature water spunlaced nonwoven according to different specifications. Commonly used models include 38mm, 51mm, 64mm, etc.
