Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission recently jointly issued the "Guidance on the high-quality development of the chemical fiber industry", proposed to 2025, the average annual growth in industrial value added of chemical fiber enterprises above the scale of 5%, chemical fiber production in the global share of the basic stability. It is clear that the level of production and application of high-performance fibers, improve quality consistency and batch stability, and further expand the application of high-performance fibers in aerospace, wind and photovoltaic power generation, marine engineering and other fields.
China's chemical fiber production accounted for 70% of the global total production, chemical fiber accounted for 84% of China's total textile fiber processing, advanced functional fibers, high-performance fibers and other new chemical fiber materials is the core support for the stable development of the textile industry and continued innovation, but also an important part of the new materials industry.
Guidance proposed that by 2025, high-performance fiber R & D and manufacturing capacity to meet national strategic needs, digital transformation has achieved significant results, green manufacturing system continues to improve. Among them, bio-based chemical fibers and biodegradable fiber materials production increased by more than 20% per year. At the same time, it is proposed to enhance the service capacity of national and provincial advanced functional fiber innovation centers and the innovation capacity of enterprise technology centers. Support leading enterprises to gather technology, brand, channels, talent and other quality resources, enhance the leading power of the supply chain, promote the integration of small, medium and large enterprises, and foster the development of special "small giant" enterprises and single champion enterprises.
The person in charge of the China Textile Industry Federation said that the production and application system of carbon fiber and other high-performance fibers should be optimized, leading the textile industry chain from the raw material side to enhance the value of the strategic emerging industries to provide support for their development.
