14 aramid filament

Para aramid PPTA has good high-temperature resistance, high strength, high modulus, acid and alkali resistance, and light weight. Its strength is 5-6 times that of steel wire, modulus is 2-3 times that of steel wire or glass fiber, and weight is only 1/5 of steel wire. It can operate normally for a long time in the range of -196 ℃ to 204 ℃, and does not decompose or melt at high temperatures of 560 ℃. The Limiting oxygen index is 29%. Widely used in personal protection, bulletproof armor, mechanical rubber products, high-strength cables, asbestos substitutes, etc. Commonly used specifications include 200D, 400D, 800D, 1000D, 1500D, etc.
